These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by PhantomVPS ("we", "us"). By ordering or using our services you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy.
We provide dedicated servers and virtual private servers. We aim to provision services promptly after payment is confirmed on-chain. Hardware specifications are described per plan and may be substituted with equivalent or better hardware where necessary.
Dedicated and custom-provisioned services are non-refundable once deployed. If we fail to deliver a paid service, we will provision an equivalent alternative or credit your account. Contact support for any billing issue.
Your use of our services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
We target 99.9% monthly network uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where practical. Support is available 24/7 by email and live chat.
Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the month preceding the claim. We are not liable for data loss; you are responsible for your own backups.
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or for violations of these Terms or the AUP. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the paid term.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
