Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what is and isn't allowed on PhantomVPS services. It exists to keep our network safe and reliable for everyone. Breaching this policy can lead to immediate suspension.

Prohibited activities

• Any activity that is illegal under applicable law.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email; operating snowshoe or bulletproof mailing operations.
• Distributing malware, ransomware, or operating botnets / command-and-control infrastructure.
• Phishing, carding, fraud, or the sale/handling of stolen data or credentials.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — reported to authorities without exception.
• Launching attacks from our network (DoS/DDoS, port scanning, brute-forcing, intrusion).
• Infringing intellectual property or distributing content you have no right to distribute.
• Any use that disrupts our network or breaches our upstream providers' terms.

Enforcement

We investigate all reports. Where we confirm abuse, or where we must act to protect the network or comply with the law, we may suspend the affected service immediately, with or without prior notice. Repeat or severe violations result in termination without refund.

Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with logs and timestamps (UTC). We aim to acknowledge and act on credible reports within hours.

Cooperation with law

We comply with valid legal process. We do not, however, collect more data than necessary to run our services (see our Privacy Policy).
